Hello, my lovelies! It’s me, Zabe, here to share my thoughts and ramblings with you. I’m pretty opinionated, and sooo many of my friends have been saying I should start a blog. So here it is!
In the coming weeks and months, you’ll find postings that inspire my newly-launched jewelry business. You’ll see bits and pieces about art and artists around town or my various travels around the globe. And because it’s all about my ramblings you’ll also see a smattering of other random items that tickle or annoy me, with some urban design and transportation thrown in. I’ll try to post at least once or twice a month, alternating between stuff about my wanderings, design biz, and interesting tidbits I come across.
This new journey is a wild, scary, yet fulfilling ride. And apparently my life is also a Portlandia episode. This should not be surprising since I live in the Bay. Especially in the Mission, Rockridge, and Grand Lake — my fairly regular haunts. Artisan coffee shops, hipster hangouts, and urban melting pots abound. Plus, there’s the occasional Civic Center sighting, like this one, below, of a classic Fiat with bowling pins. In the door. And in the window. Because people normally drive around in cars like this, right?
Imagine all the stories I’ll have to share with you.
